Sad I didn't go but now utterly convinced it was the right decision: I haven't been able to keep my eyes open today despite doing nearly nothing. If I'd been driving 90 miles there and back I think there'd have been an excellent chance of me nodding off at the wheel and ending up on the news for all the wrong reasons...

It was a very good show, thanks to everyone who was there. I bought more than I planned to, spent more than intended, and my feet are aching.

I'm excited already. 

I was excited, but I'm afraid I won't be at Telford this year.   My mother in law is currently in hospital in Carlisle, and Madame and I may be on our way there in the next 48 hours.

 Never mind, there's always next year  and Bridget says she fancies coming too!    She reads a proportion of the posts on this site and , in her own words, "....is continually surprised and charmed at how  well behaved  contributors are...."     

Update, Tuesday evening.   A dash to Carlisle was not, in the end, necessary; although things were a bit dicey until Monday morning.  Madame R's mum is now much better, and due to be released from hospital on Friday.  Bridget's brothers will be able to provide cover for this event. 

Better luck next year, I hope.    With any luck, you will be assailed on the Saturday by a husband and wife team keen to meet as many citizens of Whiffworld as possible.    Thank you to all those
 people who enjoyed the event on my behalf, and provided such a fine collection of pictures for our delectation..

Good show, great company and didn't spend too much    What could be better ?

It was good to see, shall we say a lot more younger people wandering round the show many with kids. We had a couple drop by the stand and once we explained what Wiffery was the kids eyes lit up and they started chatting away full of enthusiasm. Good to see. 

Hotel booked for next year. If you leave it much longer the one I use, walking distance to the venue, fills up.
