That's it, all finally finished.

Thanks all who participated and successfully reduced their personal shelf queen population.

Will sort out the poll at some point after Monday (busy all day tomorrow).  It'll be a week long, full details to follow.

Well, well, well.  After a full 12-month slog the SQGB is now done and dusted, entries done and the poll has closed.

Despite a late surge in voting, kerick's USMC Seahog couldn't quite pip Leading Observer's BAC/Dassualt Mirage IV to the post, but well done both - well done indeed to all who posted entries.

And thank you also those who voted.

I've already promised to share my thoughts on how the GB went and how any future repeat SQGB may go in the future.  I still plan to do that - I do have some initial thoughts but will mull over the ideas a bit further before committing fingers to keypad, plus I've got a few things on over the next few days which mean that wouldn't happen until next week at the earliest.

Also with Crimbo looming I fear any such thoughts would get lost in the general festive noise.  But I will share my thoughts.

By the way, thanks for comments/suggestions already posted regarding possible repeat of the SQGB.

Congratulations to both Leading Observer & kerick for their awesome builds! :bow:  :bow:

But I think every build was equally as good, which was why I stated that there should have been 7 votes!

So;

    CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THE ENTRANTS!!

Well done to both Leading Observer & Kerick :bow:  :bow: and indeed well done to everyone who managed to reduce their own personal "Shelves of Doom"

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

I'd like to thank everyone who took part, the mods and the winner, I just have to remember what they are supposed to look like when mine are completed. One or two will be recycled, never the less onwards my friends.

Congratulations to Leading observer and all the other participants! Jobs well done!

Well said! May I second your post?  :thumbsup:
