The best part, even if it had been built as it was really flown (P-47D), most of the JMNs would still think that it was a "What-If?".  People here in California were amazed when I told them about the 201st Fighter Squadron of the Mexican Expeditionary Air Force.  They had no idea that other countries other than the powers had sent combatants.  Imagine what would happen if you built a Gloster Meteor F Mk. 8 in Brazilian colors?  They actually flew those until 1970s.

Sweet, Mikey ! Nice job on that one.......love the armament as well, but I can't help thinking those tubes are just the right size to hold a few tins of beer !

Mikey... that is so sweet! I had to do a double take it looked so neat, that Brazillian star in the US bars. Very cool looking!
