That has been the one single thought that keeps coming to mind. If I do that, I'll steal the nose gear from the Liberator. I think I'll try to come up with a way to extend, or at least use parts of the original main B-17 gear.

Extend the inboard nacelles back as needed and hinge the B-17 main gear so that it retracts forward with the wheel(s) ending up behind the engine.

It means "computers are evil."

If you're using either the "IMG" or "http://" hotkey above, you've probably done a copy and paste from an image's URL and left the "IMG" prefix and suffix on the text string for the image's address.

I find it easier and quicker to simply copy-paste the image's location "as is" and just plunk it into the text box here using Ctrl+V keys without using the "http://" or "IMG" hotkey above.
