This originally this was a VERON rubber powered balsa semi-scale model. I don't build flying models, you spend all that time building it, and it crashes, first flight, no thanks! This Fokker is built to 1/19sc. and is accurate, but the wheels are a bit small. (they'll be replaced same time as the prop)
I bought the 1/72 RODEN model, for the decal sheet, (Lozenge) Scaned the sheet, and projected it to the size I wanted and used this as the template. The fuselage is now complete, and the next step will be the tailplane/tail/struts and skid, (in a few months time) and probably finish the cowling. It's easy to make these models, and with what I have unmade, enough to keep me building 'till I'm 90!
Including......Veron and Keil Kraft
Me-109F
Hurricane mk1
FW 190A
Shorts Seamew
Fairey Gannet mk1
Jodel Babe

just to name a few.........................

Always loved that paintjob and always thought you would have to be mad to try it by hand :)
