The boys models

Hey !

I bought the Airfix RC211V for the rider, so i let the boy do the model itself. All glueing and painting was done by him. He glued the whole bike together, and then painted it afterward. Kind of easy with bikes, as the seat and fairing come off.......I did the decals for him.

The second one is a '69 Camaro that the lovely wife got him yesterday. He did it all himself, Even let him play with a hobby knife, well, it was pretty dull......anyway, Grade 1 has really paid off for the wee lad, as he has learned his numbers and can find all the parts in the instructions.....

He's going to paint the Camaor this afternoon.

Man, I can't even get my six-year-old away from the TV to do any kind of hobbies with us, anymore.

The Heller / Airfix bike kits are actually pretty good starter kits.
