Seen recently at the Avalon Air Display, this fully restored Auster Antarctic, finished in civil markings was a real 'show stopper' for those into vintage aircraft.

Model.......Airfix
Scale.......1/72
Decals......rub on

Damm Glenn, you've done it again. That is a lovely work of art.

Nice little build there Glenn! I like that blue on the fuse and as always, your photoshopping skills really bring it to life!

Brian,
The blue is called 'Malard blue', it's a railway colour, Humbrol.

Wow, last time I saw pics of an aircraft airborne over Victoria the fields were a somewhat sandier shade of sand......

Fantastic work Glenn! Would it be possible for you to work your magic on photos of someone else's models?

Glenn

Hey Zac,

As soon as I wrote it, I thought to myself, 'my god, I;m turning JMN! I'm counting rivets......you won't like me when I;m counting rivets....."

I meant no offence, insult etc! It;s a fantastic model and pic! Perhaps it was an unusually wet wet season this year? ^_^

Actually it's the Lowlands of Scotland, but don't tell anybody!
