Thanks all.  To be honest, it is definitely a "two-footer" (if not a three), and the pictures do it more justice than real life.  Like an idiot, I got all wound up and posted it on a rivet-counter site...yikes. (what was I thinking?)  All in all, it came out o.k., and it makes for an interesting display amidst all the other whifs...which now account for most of my models, since finding this site.  You people are just too much dang fun to hang out with !
