1. Build runs from March 1st 2006- June 18th 2006

2. All entries must be posted in appropriate thread by midnight Monday June 19th

3. Winner will be determined by a popular vote the following week. ( or a large enough bribe)

4. All entries must be a WIF/prototype or cancelled project, nothing that saw real life service. ( Buccaneer in Falklands service is a WIF, NA 39 though a prototype isn't 'cos it went on to see service as the Buccaneer. C'mon it's not hard to figure out)

5. Any Airfix kit/mold is eligible Planes, tanks, cars, ships, Wallace and Gromit, Footballers as long as it was originally released under the Airfix banner, so I believe that should allow MPC kits and others any questions on the eligibility and I know there are experts here who can rule on that stuff. If there's any question about the originality of the molds if it says Airfix on the box that's good enough for me but come on how hard is it to find an Airfix kit?

6. All models must be based on an Airfix kit, aftermarket, scratchbuilding, kitbashing is allowed within reason as long as declared, but the finished product must be recognisable as coming from an Airfix mold.

7. You can enter as many models as you like as long as they are all built within the timeframe

8. In progress reports are encouraged that's the fun of a group build.

9. Have Fun!

Pretty bloody simple really.

I invite all and any criticism, except about Eric The Dog, it's not his fault he's stupid

Any chance we could get St.Trev involved?

Your the boss around here Tom, this all started as the Mice playing while the Cat's away. If you know how to let him know that would be awesome or maybe one of the guys in the U.K. who've actually met him could contact him give it a bit of a personal touch, usually more successful.
Mind you, you don't think he'll be upset at what we're doing to his kits?

Are you kidding me?  Airfix's even got an article on Whiffing!  I think Trev'd be tickled pink.

Hey, there's an idea - how about we change the site name to Whiffers.com?

Oh yeah Whiffers.com or maybe Tweakers.com , that should definitely attract the audience we're looking for after a Google is done with that word. :o

I know its old news, but it's to keep me motivated until I get my Jetstorm organised.

Why do I suddenly feel as if I've been beaten out of the undergrowth?
