Yeah, and I'm gonna use that Elmer's glue in the pic to build the Mig-EFA-15210416ABC EuroBuccanEagFalStarLighttrainingHarrier Fighter FGAST.1B!!!

the efa winged lightning is going to be at least as sexy as the f-104/mig-21 double crosskit.

now, i can see how the renosed "blue parrot" RN dominie is going to be a killer, but what do you have planned for the hunter? and will those bucc wings work on it? and what's going on with the eagle?

Had a pleasent suprise over the weekend. Started on my Polish Mk I Spit for the Airfix GB. It's the "Snap Tite" version of the kit. And blow me it does snap tight ! In dry fitting I couldn't get it apart again ! Just had to run a little glue down the joints and that was it. One area of filler, tiny bit on the forward wing/fusalge join, which is always a bit odd on Spits and that was it. Forgot just how much fun modeling can be. Hope to have her ready for Doncaster.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Well, I picked up the kit: http://www.modelsforsale.com/catalog/produ...e-1600-date-new

And I have the plans.  Re-scaling to 1/700, new flight deck, new hull bulges, new island, lots of hand construction...

CVA-01, assuming I can pull it off in time.  Fortunately, I already have her escort mostly complete.  :)

K5054NZ

Just finished entry #2, been working on the TSR.2 all day. Fuse is together, wing is on, airbrakes shut and tomorrow will probably see her on her feet and structurally complete. Am I to be the first whiffer to finish one of these birds?

Added some details to my P.1127: a cockpit floor, and new panels in the intakes (the originals showed huge gaps). Almost CA-ed my fingers together...

Ok, got no1. built and finished. Got a backstory sorted out for her as well. Photos when I find me camera. But it's the airfix Draken. Oh, and when you see it, the Fireflash missiles on the outer pylons are scratchbuilt from some round spruce and plastic card.

No2, is primed and ready for the first coat, but I'm still having trouble finding any decent Japanese colour references.

Two concept models have been figured out.  For one of them, I have Airfix kits on order.  Will start the other one today (the one for which I have the right Airfix kits already in stock).
