I've never built a vacuform kit before, so I am looking for information on the web and found these somewhat useful sites.  Are ther any other good ones?

A lesson from bitter personal experience:
Collective wisdom says use a sharp knife to cut the parts free of the backing sheet after marking the edge with a black marker.   I did a few that way, and then decided to use a compass point, a big wide needle.  It seemed to work better.  Until the time came to sand the backing off of the parts and the ones I scored with the compass point came out too small!  The sharp knife is used mark a nice clean line to sand to, while the compass point leaves a wide raggedy one.   Easily fixed in my case, but don't let this happen to you!
