You done good, that's for sure!

Completely believable.

How did you maintain your sanity while painting all those canopy lines, though?

I have a 1:48 kit I plan on doing someday.  May I borrow ("steal") your AVG idea?

Seems like a natural.

Your'e assuming I was sane to start with ? Fell free to go 1/48 with it, I got my idea seeing Martin H's Wildcat

Thanks gents and can I recommend the "Sky" Transfers sheets. On some of them you have up to 40 aircraft options and all exceptionally well printed - ideal for WIFs

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Yes, Chris, how to paint all these lines clean? (I will have the problem, doubled, on my scheduled Twin-Buffalo...). Tape and cuter?
[the word "realistic" hurts my heart...]

Tape and cutter yes Tophe, but also a fuzzy digital photograph helps  B)

They are not that clean close up I assure you - I hate masking
