In the Brithish aviation industry I suspect there never was time for a 'secret projects' group to get sufficiently established to warrant a name and official logo, before they'd be scuttled by the next round of cutbacks/new management/merger.
And a British company wouldn't be as tempted to show off the fact that they have a 'secret projects' group in operation ...
