That's really nice Patrick! It looks like it could take off from inside my screen! This build is ARC/HS quality in my book.

       I dont think I'll ever grow tired of seeing P-51D models (cue sensory overload at HS), and this, well, WOW! Any chance of more pics Pat? I'd love to see the cockpit..........and undercarriage..........and the tread on the tires.............and the rivet count under the belly........ :P

EDIT: Oh yeah, your site, sorry, I'll go there - ignore my above comments re "more pics".

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Thanks guys, glad you liked it. To me it is my best build ever and I am proud of it

Brian, I am planning on submitting it to Steve B to put it on ARC so you'll probably see it again there.

Zac, for your pleasure, and for the others also offcours, here are a couple of pictures I took during the build. One of the True details cockpit and the other on eof the wheelbay before adding the gear.

 and thanks again for the compliments guys

OUTSTANDING Patrick, easily one of your best.

I got those decals too, won't be using them now (don't want to clash !). You should be proud of that one. Hopefully I'll be cuttin', gluin', sandin', sprayin' and swearing again soon !

Thanks Ian, Sisko, John,

Ian, not only one of my best but to me, the best ever
Please, don't worry about clashing when using the that sheet. If you want to use them, just do so. I won't mind   :P
Be careful when using it however. I had some trouble with the checkers on the nose breaking up and not coming together on the underside, leaving a little gap (not vissible on the pictures  ;)  )
Also, the stars a to translicent so you can see the white and black bands through them and I applied a second set of stars on ntop of the first ones to reduce this effect.

Sisko, Go on, I know you wnat to build one, get starting on it  :P
