I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

I just had a look at it and with all those mega raised panel lines it will be a flop. I've got one of their 1/72 F-35A kits and it has them all over it too, it will be a real PITA to sand them all off. I sent them an email with a couple of photos attached of one of the USMC aircraft I took photos of showing exactly what I mean. The F-35 is as smooth as a baby's butt -----   :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:  Even a decal's thickness of the lines would be way over scale.

Had a look at a couple of the kits that are supposed to be new, the British Phantom and the MiG 21 only to find from the pictures of the spru's that they were Fujimi kits at one time.

Gondor, you say that like it's a bad thing. The Fujimi British Phantoms were fantastic kits, and still stand up well against the Airfix offering.
"Inconceivable!"

I've always had a soft spot for Fujimi kits

I think what he means is that you can easily fall into the trap of thinking they are brand new tools. I've done that a couple of times, not with Italeri, but with a couple of the Czech boys. :-\
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Exactly that, not NEW as in NEW but new to them.

They still are, the FG.1 is still in the Fujimi catalog and available directly from the company.

Italeri has had a re-boxing agreement with Fujimi for a long time.

For the third(fourth?) year in a row the 1/48 Agusta-Bell JetRanger repop is there, blatantly plastered all over page 8:

I emailed Italeri to ask on behalf of JetRanger fans everywhere about a release date for the 1/48 reissue and have just received a response:
QuoteDear Mr. Yates,

thank you for contacting us.

We kindly inform you that the article AB-206B1 N.Y.P.D in 1:48 scale No. 2778 is in this year catalog, so it will be produced within the end of the year.

If not already done so, we suggest that you subscribe to our monthly Newsletter (https://www.italeri.com/en/contacts) in order to be updated about our new releases and our back in stock products.

A kind regard,

It OK the Italeri EH101 Ceaser  CSAR variant with the pug nose has been in the same three Annual kit announcements and failed to appear.

Was tempted to reply on Italeri's Facebook page when they post this PDF as to why bother as most of the stuff is re-issues or re-pops and the new stuff would fill only half a page.
