Not to see the new Stirling, not so keen on the Price however, certainly feels like its at least £10 overpriced for what you get  :banghead:

Agreed, looks like an ebay purchase for me when the bomber version comes out so I can get it at a reasonable price.

The new 1/48 Red Arrows Hawk boxing looks to be the best colour scheme they've ever had.  ;)

Agree with that - especially when you can get one of Airfix's excellent Lancs for about £25 & a Revell B-17 for less than £20.

It does come with some PE, the Stirling so may be knock a tenner off for that, but it does come with bombs which is more than can be said about the Airfix Lancaster and if it was done by Hasegawa you'ed be paying 80 quid for it.  ;) ;D

Gondor, the small pics below the main one, cycle to the side if you follow them through, there is a PE fret on there.  as to how good?  YMMV as im not a big PE fan myself

The original link you posted had only large pictures one above the other with no PE shown at all which is why I asked. Thorvic posted a link that does have the small images below the box top art which does include the PE fret.

They do a HAS.3 in 1/72nd : http://www.hannants.co.uk/product/IT1330
And they've got an HU.5 mould as well: http://www.hannants.co.uk/product/IT1329

Oops! Sorry, Weaver, I wasn't clear enough. I was talking about that particular early-model nose added to their existing 1/72 Wessex kits. The HU.5 has the re-worked intake to make it less prone to FOD and the HAS.3 has that strange "overbite" lip (shape had to do with icing, I think).
Cheers,
Moritz
