The Italian markings are just as suspicious...  :o If these are supposed to be Iranian roundels, the colors are reversed?!

The 1:72 early Harrier is nice, wonder if it's a new mold? The same goes for the MiG-21.

according to scalemates, the Mig-21 is a rebox of the zvezda kit.

Ah but is that speculation on their part as the news only came out this Tuesday and the only way to confirm will be asking Italeri 'Nuremberg 2019'

Well whether the Mig 21 is a re-pop or a new tool it will take something to beat the Eduard one. Mind you they could have re-boxed that I suppose ?
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Yay, the third year Zac gets to wait for them to reissue the 1/48 JetRanger because they've had it in the catalogue.

Nice to see the 1/35 Partisans again - I'm hoping the old 'British Rest Camp' isn't too far away - a British Bofors crew could be useful for some... and as arts donors for others...

I also hope the 1/35 Higgins PT will, in time, be reduced to 1/72 as it will save me a heap of scratchbuilding...

Wondered what that version was, so basically a armed Cormorant ---  one to keep an eye out for I think as I have all the other versions in 1/72.

Fokker F27 Freindship, re-release of the old ESCI kit.  I've got the Airfix kit, although it'd be nice to have this for the Air UK decals, I used to see them at Humberside Airport.

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Dizzyfugu

A bit pricey, isn't it?  :o

Concerning the MiG-21, scalemates refers to the Zvezda kit.

Green Dragon

Airfix kit is better for accuracy in size and shape, seem to remeber the esci engine nacelles are very undersized. Was going to get one but ?35 is too steep, might still have an Esci original in the stash with the later Air UK scheme though. I need to go have a rummage! Hopefully the Airfix kit will get a Vintage release.

On the bench.
1/72 Space 1999 Eagle, Comet Miniatures Martian War Machine
1/72nd Quad Tilt Rotor, 1/144th V/STOL E2 Hawkeye (stalled)

Mossie

Definitely pricey.  I'll probably not bother, on the want versus need spectrum it's closer to the want end.

AS.12

Yes I'd fancy doing a Rhodesian F.27 trooper but not at that price...

My first thought when I read this was  'what, the UK has a counterpart to Air America'   ;D

It probably has.........................  ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

You may recall this Leopard, my 'personal taxi' when I 'flew' for Albion Air Cargo, an imaginary FS9 based 'virtual airline' some years ago.
