Here's a 1/72 Hasegawa F11F-1 done up for the RAN.  I don't have a backstory, just wanted to see what this looked like.  I started to paint this up for the RN, but I found some old decals for an F/A-18 that I thought might look good on this.  The unfortunate thing was they were so old, they disintegrated (this was before I discovered liquid decal film).  I armed it with AIM-4's just because.

Looking Good Ant

For back story try John Baxters "RAAF/RAN alternative history" that Wooksta was heavily involved with as that has a rather good story on the Tiger in the RAN.

Very nice! The Tiger is a sharp-looking bird, and looks right in Roos! Great stuff Anth.

ooohhh I do like the look of that - cute as a kitten

Another fantastic multiple posting again Anthony - I'm not really a "modern jet" mand but you've sure built some nice stuff

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Love the scheme it really works for this plane!
Try not. Do. Or do not. There is no try.

John Howling Mouse

Completely believable.
The JMN's are gonna come after you!!!   ^_^
Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

Captain Canada

Nice work, Anatoly. Very believable, for sure. Where the feck do you get the money for all these kits ? And paint ? And glue ? And time ? And.........

I really like the colours on this one. The black around the nose and cockpit really set it off. Nice work !
