Todd, I think I have a solution to your problem mate.......

Don't drink!  :P

Question is, will you finish this one, or will it join your legions of cool but unfinished projects?  Sub-aircraft carrier, RCAF Transport Command?  Or is it another Bluebird in the making?

It'll get done, Nev ! Sooner than you think, too..........

That's only an option on those hangover days. The problem is, i need to drink more often. When you just go at it part-time, you're out of shape to handle it !

Yeah, beer will do that. It also leads to socially undesirable actions, like shoving yer bloody TSR2 box into the face of people who couldn't manage to lay their hands on one!!!

I like the lady in red too.

Aboslutely gorgeous, that "woman in red". Excellent work, Toad!

I wonder if beer would improve my builds or just make me think they were better?

Well, it works for me !

But seriously, I'm gonna have to work on the photography bit when this bird is done. It actually does look better in real life.

Cheers !

Somebody, somewhere must be able to make me some white Coast Guard lettering ? Anybody ? Don't make me draw them by hand, I tells ya !

The bird is almost done. Most of the detail stencils and other decals are on. I'm just waiting for white Canada wordmarks, and hopefully, some Coast Guard and/or Fisheries and Oceans logos.

I'm gonna ask gary if he can make me some ingray as well, so I can make a 'Coast Guard at war' variant. I think that'll look really cool !

Well, Jim at JBOT supposedly has some CCG Bo-105 markings in the pipeline. He has pics on his site, just no decals as of yet. I rode down to Wonderfest in Louisville with him and bugged him relentlessly about them -- for eight hours.

Email him at his site and let him know that I'm not the only one who wants this stuff.

I'll have a ferkle around in the bins at Aviation World. What size are you looking for? If I find some I'll have a celebratory glass at Arizonas.    :P

Jeremy !

Ya, I'm actually awaiting some decals from him. He's having a bit of a rough go in his life at the mo, so he's behind schedule. I was bugging him about CCG decals myself ! He's been advertising them on his site long enough. And re: that pic of the Bo-105 on his site, that's actually my photo ! I took it at Stephenville, NF back in '01 or '02. Oddly enough, when that same bird crashed near Bay Bulls or Marystown last November, that very same pic ( mine ! ) was shown all over Canada on the news.

I hear Whiskey Jack are supposed to have some CCG decals as well, but cannot find any.........

And I'll join you for that beer regardless, Rat ! I'm thinking of sneaking up to Toronro on monday, just to see those 104s blast off from Pearson.

Hey Cappy, no problemo, but the crapola is tres transparent so all it'll really do is take grey to darker grey or red to darker red. Is that ok? Send me an email of what yer looking fer, 'k? And I'll get some ink and pop out a few fer ya. I have a dozen or three other projects I need to get printed too.

Cheers
Gary

PS, at school today and pics don't show up here so I have no idea what yer looking for.

Gimme a call, you did catch my post about my crazy cell #, right? If not, it's (905) 409-DUMB, no joke!

Watched a couple of F-18s take off and do a low and over today, Aurora landing, and the C-17 is parked on the west side.  ;)  Supposed to be a Raptor in tomorrow, but given that Ernesto is about to blanket us I doubt it will fly for a show. The local news had Pete Spence* on today, he flew one of the reporters in his Harvard.
