Well Jeff, ca$h is king!  :)  (Thanks...glad you all like the mech project!)

With the mech almost finished, it's time to start adding in the figures prior to casting the water (gotta have some place to cool off those sinks!):

You have to be one of the most daring and imaginative modelers I have ever seen. Your Mech is incredible and the"water' reflects like the real thing! I bow to your skill Sir! Bravo Zulu! B)

and it's truly "Sierra Hotel" as well!

I really admire the water-darkened look you have achieved at the base of its "feet"

So easy to take that kind of realism for granted and forget that someone had to chose just the right shade to bring out that look.

What make/model airbrush and paint do you use?

Astonishing!

Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

Thank you all ...
I use a variety of airbrushes...from cheapo knock offs of single actions to a HansPro.  My favourite has to be the Paasche VH/L line though...wonderful to use, and easy to clean.
When I get my new studio lights, I'm going to take some greenscreen pics, and try to accomplish some of the wonders that our own Matrixone has pioneered...those luft46 shots still have me scratching my head.

BlackOps

And I didn't think it could get any better! Most excellent
