as far as i know, the NOTAR has been delayed, the Bk117 Spaceship is already released some time ago.

Only one thin g there interests me in that lot and thats the BV222, and possible the T90A in 1:72. Looks likthe EKFG is right again, it's all re-boxes and re-pops...

The NOTAR's  been cancelled Nils, apparently MD wanted too much in license fees so Revell ditched it.
You'd think companies would wave fees and count a kit as free advertising.

One of the Czech manufacturers (sorry I forget which) had NOTAR MD-somethings on their stand at SMW. I nearly bought one.....

That it's mostly repops and reboxes for the first quarter is pretty much par for the course with Revell, I'd say. The new tools will come in the remaining quarters.   And then hopefully with a bigger 1/72 share.   The 1/72 releases for the first quarter aren't terribly interesting to me.

If they have to repop more 1/72 kits, I hope they'll re-release their MiG-21F-13.
Cheers,
Moritz

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

At SMW they said they were planning to reissue one of their really big kits (giant excavator, Shuttle launch tower etc) every year. Here's hoping the nuclear power plant will be one of those...

If they do, I wonder if there's a way to bash it into a "functional" nuclear power plant

There's no mention of their 1/144 747-8i in that list, but one of the guys on the stand said it should be out '....before the end of the year....'

The 5t MAN should be the 4 x 4 version which is handy as the British Army have replaced their Lorries with these, so that looks new in 72

well, these are only just releases for the first quarter, i guess that the new moulds are going to be release somewhere in the second half of 2014.
there are still more releases to be announced

Yeap they are but they only have so much capacity to develop and launch new tool kits and if most of that is focused on large scale aircraft, cars etc, then there is little left for new tool mainstream 1/72nd kits, although you may see some of the recent larger luftwaffe subjects scaled down to 1/72 as per the Ju-88.

Still we will have to wait and see what gets announced at Christmas/New Year time and see which programme excites or interests us the most.

Very underwhelming - apart from the BV-222 & Hunter, there's nothing there to tempt me. However, as has been pointed out, that's just the 1st quarter 2014

Why don't they re-pop the 1/72 Hunter? They've done all the hard expensive work already.
