Revell 1/1/144 White Knight 2/Spaceship 2 is out. I'm sure Kit'll be after it for the wings!

;D
Pity about the scale though. 1/72 would have been perfectly feasible. Although, with  suitable fuselage in the middle, this would make an ideal replacement for the late, lamented Canberra PR9?

We got them in last week, lots of whiffing possibilities and one of our club members is onto his second already.  ;)

1/72 would be huge ! And expensive ;-)

Huge? In 1/72 it would have a wingspan of just under 60 cm. About the same as a C-130 in that scale. Not that huge. As for expensive? Well, it would twice the size but not necessarily the price. <_<

The new tool EC135 Helicopter is out now with a lot more detail and all the inaccuracies fixed.

Not my thing or scale but the 1/144 Spaceship 2/Whiteknight 2 combo was in the Croydon Modelzone in WH Smiths today. Bugger all else but they had that
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Revells 2014/15 line up, nice 1/144 stuff but the 1/72nd aircraft range is very dull to say the least -

144th A400 ? Yes !

And the LSM looks wicked !

I'd like to get a Weasel or two as well.

Thanks for the link Geoff !

No kiddin'. Pretty dull indeed. :-\
1/144 A400M is cool. In 1/72 only the Gripen (that was announced for last year) and a new F4 Corsair. No new tools in 1/48 apart from the Tornado that was also announced for last year. Even the repops for 1/72 and 1/48 are sorta boring. I mean, I love 1/72 Vipers, but only Vipers and the Bv 222?   But a slew of repops for 1/32.
Love the 1/72 GTK Boxer. Loads of whiffing potential there.
Cheers,
Moritz

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

Captain Canada

What's the deal with the new tool 144th scale Typhoon ? The 'old' kit was awesome and came with every single weapon the 72nd scale kit came with ?!

 :drink:

Is the "old" one a two-seater?

Not a terribly exciting list, is it?

Hopefully more to come at Nuremberg. Think the Star Trek and Star Wars stuff was announced there last year IIRC.
Still got to wait till October for the Gripen, like the LSM but prob too pricey for me! Will prob get the Boxer, 747-8F and A400M.

now i know this is gonna be a good year

that 1/144 LMS landing ship could make a great escort aircraft carrier with little modifications
