I just wish someone would make the AEW variant of the Gannet in 72nd with Ark Royal markings.  First pics I ever saw of this bird were in a British Annual one of my relatives sent me.  Never did like the 3 holer version.

Though, I agree the Draken has definite possibilities.

Hi Greg
the Luch really does have possibilities with that turret and wheel/hull configuration  :D

I could imagine a skyservant with anti tank missiles, or with a Motorola APS-94F SLAR

The Gannet was on display at Telford, and is in no way related to the POS Trumpeter kit.  It's far superior in every way.

I've built this kit and enjoyed doing it-why is it a POS?

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Yes, I always liked the Spähpanzer Luchs - ever since I found out that it had a driver at each end.  Cool!!!

Maybe an Air Defence version with radar, missiles as well as cannon?

Greg

New Tool 1/48 Mosquito - Jennings, is this the Revell kit that you referred to a while back?  The one that had you stupefied given what was already out there?

The rumour on ARC is that it is based on the (unreleased) Accurate Miniatures kit, which is about the only hope it has of competing with the Tamiya kit (one of my all time top-3 kits).

Good to see them finally doing the C-17 in 144
