If it's in this box, it's ye olde Frog kit:

If it's in a black box, it'll be the shiny new Revell kit.

No, it's  in a newer  type box Lee, the same as the one  in the link. If it's  got guns on it, I  might  just  get one.  Time to  sell some of my bigger kits I think.

the Revell newsletter isnt in yet, but i already have found a list of releases for 2020.
as far as i can see, Revell is re-releasing the 1/72 dogfight doubles and the Battle of Britain set (with Spitfire Mk.V, Hurrican Mk.I, Ju.87 and Ju.88).

in 1/72 and 1/48, revell is releasing the F-14A anf F/A-18F in Top Gun: Maverick liveries, bit its very dissapointing they will be snap kits in 1/72  :-\

the Kit-Fix powder set looks like an interesting tool though  ;)

as far as i can see, nothing that really kindles my interests, kinda dissapointed that there are no new 1/144 scale kits announced (yet).

more here:

-all kinds of things.

A lot of dross, now even any Rise of Skywalker Star Wars kits or the Mandalorian which they could have done.

The Battle of Britain set has the new Junkers Ju-88 A1 in lace of the He111. but the new tool is out in the 1st quarter so most are likely to get the single boxing first.

There's some nice stuff in there, but it's mainly rereleases and much as I like the Ju 88, I'm not likely to rush out and buy a variant that served only the Luftwaffe.

A new-tool E-type is welcome (although I would have preferred a convertible).  Hope its full detail and not kerbside as a 1/25 Jag V12 engine would be very handy.  The wheels will be nasty as they will have overthink spokes.
Camper Kombi is also welcome.
And I have fond memories of the Matchbox Chaffee.

As far as the four kit BoB set goes, IIRC Stukas played a very very limited part in the battle.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

But the one in the pic is a series 1.5, and they only had the XK 6 cylinder engine. :(

Interesting that they're re-popping quite a few kits from other sources, the ex-HUMA Me-209 and Special Hobby Mirage F1 being just a couple of them.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Hasegawa do several Jaguar XJ-S kits which include a nicely detailed V12.

It's listed under 1/24th scale releases, and it's one of their "Level 3" series which have simplified details.
It'll probably be similar to these kits:

Scale isn't an issue for me (i'll happily mix 1/24 & 1/25) and i'll build kerbsides if I have to (i.e. if there is no other kit of the car I want to build) but a full detail V12 E type could be wonderful.
<sigh> I suppose I can but dream...

To be honest for kitbashing I'd prefer matchbox reissues than something new that sets me back 30 pound plus

Still waiting for reissue of Schnellboot Flak to raid for parts

The 1/32 Spitfire Mk.IX is also coming out in the Technik range, judging by others in the series it will be stupidly expensive but sounds like it will be an amazing project:
QuoteIf you are not afraid of the price, you will experience something: "Fully automatically controlled, the model has a realistic start sequence with a coherently starting engine and switching on the navigation lights. The whole thing is supported by the authentic sound of the Rolls-Royce Merlin engine. "(Revell press release)

Colour me intrigued for the 1/72 kits. I've still never built a 1/72 Tomcat, I'm seriously tempted by the new Academy one plus some 1986 movie decals from eBay when I have the funds...after the new trailer for Maverick I feel the need...Speaking of which, anyone else wondering if we'll see the black jet from that trailer in kit form?

They played a much larger part than the Spitfire Mk.V, however
