I've been wanting to get one for a paint scheme I've been experimenting with.

what about a.....Canadian Lynx?(Luchs) with a LAV 25mm turret and some added armour for OIF/OEF? huh? :)

Take the Luchs, remove the turret, and replace it with a Netherlands/Canadian TUA (Tow Under Armor) Turret you can get from Verlinden, its designed to convert the M113 to the M113TUA, but would work on this easy enough.

Scratch build a rear compartment door on the rear for the reloaders to load the missiles into the turret. Would look sharpe!!

I have the remnants of the old version of the landing craft. I did it as a little kid, and the hull is red. Metallic Red.
This version looks like an upgrade, because I don't remember details like the fenders or the drilled-out mounts for the MGs.

In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.

Interesting way of molding the fuselage. It will be neat to see some built up.

looks to me like they've got rid of all those horrible ejector marks in the wheel bays :)

All things considered this looks like a real quick and easy build - ideal whiff material

G'day Gang,

Test shots of Revell's new Kanone are up on IPMS Deutschland.

Colour this little black duck happy, I only hope that bring out the Rakete variant as well.

YOu guys may remember about a month ago I said I had e-mailed Revell asking if they would consider releasing the great UK/NATO weapons included with the Typhoons as seperate weapons sets.  Below is the fairly positive response I received today.

Dear Mr. Walton

Many thanks for your message from 22. März 2008.
The idea to produce separate weapons sets sounds very good.
We'll check your suggestion und look what we can do.

Yours sincerely

Sarah Pasternok
So I got that going for me...which is nice....

Jeffry Fontaine

Congratulations!  That certainly looks to have more promise than the response I recieved from Revell of Germany concerning my suggestion for a bulldozer.

From the images provided on that site it appears that the Kanone kit has a good chance of showing up later on as the Rakete version.  Both vehicles are most welcome in 1/35th scale, been far too long of a wait for this kit.

G'day Gang,

Revell Germany have got their 'Classics' range up on their catalogue (ie: Matchbox repops & older 'box scale' kits).
