Nothing new of interest for me. Still waiting on the 1/72 BAe Hawk - looks great!

They are all re-issuers, revised tools or re-boxings, the new tools news will be released later. I was looking at this on the Revell stand at SMW and didn't feel inspired either.

I did note i was right about the post war LSM but i guess Nils is miffed the Sycamore is not in the seperate vehicle set.

There could be a glut of Sycamore-less LSM kits on ebay before much longer.....  ;D

IPMS NL have got hold of a preview of the new Revell Shackleton AEW: http://ipms.freeforums.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=3063 (in Dutch, but the sprue shots speak for themselves).

And in English http://www.ipms.nl/artikelen/recensies/meest-recente-recensies/2218-revell-shackleton-aew.html

The breakdown of the sprues looks to me as if a new Mk3 is an option

Arrgh! I wish people would get "aircraft/helicopters" correct. Helicopters ARE aircraft! Now, "airPLANES/helicopters is different. :)

i'm not sure about choppers being witchcraft but i'm convinced anything bigger than a Lancaster only stays in the air because those on board believe it should.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Revell has just mailed me its newsletter containing the list of releases for 2016  ;D
plenty of 1/144 for me to choose from, although im a bit dissapointed with the rerelease of the Su-27 in this scale, that old thing is horrible.
guess i will have to go trumpeter to get good flankers. the Boeing 727-100 is a gift from above, now i dont need to cut up an Airfix 727 to make one

a 2-seat gripen in 1/72 is just what i needed  ;D

anyway, i copy and pasted the list onto images, so here's the list  ;D

on the bench:

-all kinds of things.

NARSES2

If I'm honest there's now't there that takes my interest. However it's nice to see the ships/subs, although the mix of scales they will be appearing in is
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

That 1/144 727-100 is bound to be their old 1960s vintage mould, I can't see them cutting a new one at this stage of the 1/144 scale modelling game.

Having said that it's not a bad kit, I have a couple of them in The Loft, and they make a good comparison with the Airfix -100, now long converted to  their -200 of course.

Pretty naff, no headliner kits there bar perhaps the 262 and super hornet for the larger scale buffs, can't see why they would retool the typhoon for a tranche 3 aircraft unless they have goosed the tooling or looking to do a simpler entry level kit ala Hobbyboss.

Kinda of surprised no further Star Wars kits related to the Force Awakening, thought they would have done the Landing Craft and maybe the new Star Destroyer.
