It's been reported that the Hunter is going to be £20. l asked about their 1/72 F-104 Starfighter and was told wait and see.

Robert

Some people are complaining about the price hike, but that's the nature of the business these days........

Considering they've already paid out for the moulds and research and development etc. some years ago that's a clear case of corporate greed to my mind. And they'll use the old 'Laws of Supply and Demand' business again when there's no such thing in reality.

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

The British have raised their security level from "Miffed" to "Peeved". Soon though, security levels may be raised yet again to "Irritated" or even "A Bit Cross". Londoners have not been "A Bit Cross" since the Blitz in 1940 when tea supplies ran out for three weeks

Well, the box will probably be twice as large as the original boxing.

The Wooksta!

I've got at least 6 Revell Hunters tucked away, possibly more. Plus a pair of Skybirds resin ones (single and two seater) and a PJ F6.

I think I can wait until the second hand price drops a tad.  Ebay prices seem to be around the £16 mark and with postage would cost you twenty notes.

I'm more interested in this Spitfire Vb they're announced, although I fear it'll be their 1996 release, which was nice enough but the canopy was an odd mishmash of the two windscreens (outside armour and internal armour glass) and had no gull wing.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

The 1:72 Panzer II in the late "Luchs" incarnation is interesting. Wonder if it's a Maco re-boxing or a new mould? Pricey, though.

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

That's Armourfast, not Revell. Nice to see though.

Interesting to see the Revell Hunter listed as 1/48 and not 1/72.

They were definitely talking 1/72 at Telford. Wouldn't a 1/48 version need a new tool?
