I have a P-82 kit I might check that.

I have read in a reference book that the P-51H wing was used for the outer wings of the XP-82, however the production wing of the F-82 is bigger.

What if Hawker Siddeley pruduced one early jet liner?

That's very attractive.......
What if they built a regional airliner resembling a Seahawk?

Is that a Jaguar front end grafted onto a Hunter, or a Mirage F1?

Whichever it is, it fits really well.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Except the Jaguar forward fuselage cross section is square and the Hunter's is round ----

To produce this drawing I used only Hunter and Alpha Jet (IMO a very elegant aircraft). No scaleorama. But if you want a 3D version it will need some minor scratch build. I have not tested, but I think nothing out of the reach of your skills. (I am not being ironic).

I never thought of the Alpha Jet, but then I rarely do.  ;D

It fits very well indeed.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

The USN could have had their own Family Truckster trainer.
