Alas it seems that rather than doing a 1940 HMS Warspite, its going to be a mid-30s fit ????

If it sells they'l bring out the 1940's fit Nev. I quite like these pre-war fits. A 1920's HMS Hood is far better looking in my view.
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

I love the idea of the QE....early fit is best.....and mine'll be a member of the Air Battle Fleet

Yeah, the rebuilt QEs are hideous compared to the original design.

I disagree. They were beauty queens

They were still attractive, but nowhere near as gorgeous as the original fit. :) Same with the Renown - she was given a similar rebuild, and looked good, but not as good as the original.

Wow!! Definitely want one of those CV-9040s!!!  I may have an idea or two. ;D

All hail the God of Frustration!!!

Yeah! Australian CV90s!  Germany should have bought those as well. Trade 'em with the Swedish for some Leopards. Would've been cheap, fast and sensible.

Hope Academy will also do other versions, especially the up-armoured one.
