Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

One piece rotor? Looks quite nice though...
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

A nice change for helicopter kits, but makes for a big box I bet.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

That looks suspiciously like a Hobbyboss commission....even the plastic has the same colour to it.

Given the detail level you would have thought they would provide two canopies, with the other for cockpit open display

Makes it tricky to do the Westland version, though...

They could supply just the rotor as an extra part though. And charge more for the kit of course....

My first thought was "wow how many parts are in that ?" Shows how far the hobby has come. Years ago you'd have had half the parts that's got. Must admit I do sometimes wonder about the parts count in some kits. Getting old I suppose
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

zenrat

Looks typical of Academy's newer moulds.
Far removed from dreck like their F-104G.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

That one piece rotor is gorgeous, I wish companies would do that with 1/72 H-6/500s! That's a very fine looking kit but....so many bits! And given there are so many tiny parts...does anyone see a collective?

A couple more pics of their 1/72 F-4J: LINK!

EDIT:
More pics of the AH-64: LINK!

Pics of the 1/72 KAI T-50: LINK!
This one's a bit disappointing. While the F-4J looks really nice, the T-50 seems rather underwhelming.

I didn't realize the F-4J was a snap-together kit. That has to be the most parts-intensive snap kit ever!

Captain Canada

Is that ever a nice looking snap-together kit ! Great detail.

Uhhh, I guess then you've not built any Bandai Gundam kits?  ;)
