The front end is straight from the kit box.  I cut of the little strakes on the kit's nose and sanded it to a bit more of a point, then I filled the panel lines on the nosecone.  You cant really see it in the pics, but I scribed a radome and painted it black.  The little fairings on either side just aft of the radome are taken from an AMT Phantom kit.  The cannon fairing below the cockpit is made from of a Mk.82 bomb..

In the cockpit the kit had a panel decal with lots of dials-basically an F-5E panel representation.  I replaced that with the panel decal from an Airfix EF Typhoon.  I also replaced the kit seat (F-5E type) with a MB Mk.10-looking seat from a Hase F-18.  I added belts and chute risers cut from tamiya tape. The seat sits a bit hign in the pics because I sometimes dont glue a seat in, I just push it down on a little ball of Blu-Tack to hold it in place.  This one hadnt  been pushed down far enough.
So I got that going for me...which is nice....

Had me fooled, looks almost like you grafted a F-20 front end on there.
