Designed in mid 1944, the Typhoon NF 1B, was to be the next generation before the Tempest came on the scene. The NF 1B's time of glory took place during the Ardennes Offensive (Dec 1944) against German armour moving in extermely bad weather. Originally built as a 'night fighter', this All Purpose Fighter saved the day against the German push!

Model ;Airfix Typhoon.

If you love, love without reservation; If you fight, fight without fear - THAT is the way of the warrior

If you go into battle knowing you will die, then you will live. If you go into battle hoping to live, then you will die
