Phantom FGR.2 Decals

Does anyone know where I can get 74 sqn Phantom FGR.2 decals in 1/48 scale for my Hasegawa kit?

I've looked on Hannants but can only find a sheet for the F-4J(UK).

Also, if anyone knows where I can get a refuelling probe for the same kit I'd appreciate it and I don't want to scratch build one! ^_^

Cannot recall an FGR2 sheet. But I'll check through all my past sheets - It may take a couple of days, though.
