this one is the hase/revell neptune in 1/72 scale....
its big enough to made it as a 1/48 strafer... <_<
the engines are from a monogram mossie (sorry mossie... )
I stil not decided about the definitely configuration ...it will follows during the building....Im planing to equip it with a rocket engine in the tail for an emergency escape after an attack...
the fun during such a work is much greater and more important as the other things. B)

best regards and happy weekend to all here!!!

wolfik

the cockpit was "configurated" to the bigger scale....

wolfik

the last for today....

Yes, have fun, this looks great! :P
[the word "realistic" hurts my heart...]

That is looking mighty interesting.  And you've given me something to think about for a future project...take a 1/72 scale bomber-type and convert it to a 1/48 multi-engine fighter/COIN/strafer/fighter-bomber.  Very cool concept, indeed.
The Corps is a department of the Navy? Yeah, the Men's department.

Love it----it's so much fun changing the scale of things.  We were going to do a "Scale-O-Rama" group-build/contest here once but it was a pretty difficult undertaking for most folks.

Your Scale-O-Matic change has reminded me about my 1:72 Mossie turned into a 1:48 fighter!

An old 1:48 Arado becomes a 1950's era Soviet commuter in 1:144.

Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

"YUM" as in "very tasty, your model is so good I wish I could eat it"

Looks like you're off to a good start with that one Wolf!

I've had similar thoughts about turning an Airfix Vulcan into a 1/48 medium bomber with 2 engines and a 2-seat tandem cockpit.

Barry-LOVE the Arado/Ruski airliner!  Superb whiffing!
So I got that going for me...which is nice....
