Er, guys, after reading MAM's copyright statement, I don't think this needs be discussed here.  I most certainly won't be publically posting those scans.

Note to anyone from MAM who reads this, I want to compliment you folks on a very simple, straight-forward, and clear piece of legalese.  I wish we could get the folk who wrote it to re-write the ITAR regulations that are a bane of my professional career at the moment.
