Luftwaffe Special Schemes

I'm currently modifying the texture on my Lampyridae to look like the special scheme shown here:

My question is:  What does the lettering in the fuzz and tail say?  I can't quite make it out.

its the spirit of Boelcke scheme.
the tail markings reads 40 years of  JG31 Boelcke in english on one side, german on the other.
