A Panther, the tracked kind, with a twist.

As twisted as this? ;)

You could say so.  Your build got me to stop procrastinating and get on with it.

Excellent! ;D

When I go home,  I will have a look at the  box and  instructions  to see where it's  from,  there is no English writing on it.
Chris
Here is the  sr 53 kit I am doing,  it's  an Ursus kit by the  looks of it

I don't know when it was made,  and I dare say it is a  repop of someone else's.

That looks remarkably (read it's a clone of) the original Airfix kit Chris. Even the artwork is the same as the card header on the original plastic bag packaging. Ah memories of Saturday morning and pocket money purchases  ;)

Yes, I'd agree 100% with that. There only seems to have been two SR53 kits done in 1/72, the original Airfix one and the current AZ version.

I know for sure which one I'd prefer!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Yes, Ursus reboxed the Airfix kit Chris

The missiles  look nothing  like firestreak,  but  I will be able to  modify them  in to something else no doubt

I'm sure that I can turn the Airfix 1/72 Rockwell B-1B into either a navigation trainer or add extra windows along the forward fuselage.

Slight mods to and repainting of a couple of Nerf Mavericks for a friend.
One Steampunk Brass, Tubes and Cylinders, the other Silver and Black Dredd-style.

Now I just need more time...

Due to me getting  over enthusiastic with my RAF builds,  I am  going to have to put away  a lot of my other  buils and make  new shelving too. I have a lot to be getting on with there.

That's why I had my recent "big sort" Chris. Managed to create loads more space for my finished builds

I am  quite  limited  on room in my place  as I  have  all my tools bike parts and  fishing gear  crammed into my  wee abode.  I could do with ditching the  bed in my spare room  and putting  storage  units in there  instead.  I have a massive  loft, but can't  get into it.

My eyes are always bigger than my stomach, but;

MiG-8 ("Soviet East-German") what if
CV-990 Spantax real world
RAAF 1/72 Boeing 707 refueller/VIP thing, real world
1/72 F-14A Jolly Rogers, real world
VC-10 Civillian Tanker, what if

I have numerous other ideas rolling around in the back of my head but these are some that I know for certain I want to build soon and can remember at the moment.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Regularly saw these on the approach to Manchester as a kid.  Slick, fast and elegant.  Up there with Concorde and 70-Series DC-8s as the prettiest jetliners.
