Of course, I've yet to pick out a unit or paint, as that Army stuff is still too confusing to me !

I had never even heard of MEXAS until I got this issue of R/T magazine, the mag of IPMS Canada.

A pic from tonite.....progress is slow. But I do get a good buzz from all the Bondo fumes !



I chopped the gun barrel, as I wanted to upgrade it to 120mm. Now I wished I wouldn't have. I was also thinking about adding some sort of suppressors for the exhausts. Any comments on that ?

Maybe lengthen the back of the turret as well, instead of just having a bustle rack......make it look more modern. I'm also thinking of making up some extrs armour for the rear portion of the turret.

That 1A6 is just ugly, isn't it ? Tanks look so funny with a little turret like that anymore. Well, it doesn't look too bad from the side.......Very cool, tho ! Thanks for the pics of the exhaust, Mikey, I had no idea that thing even existed !

I was going to try and get some stuff done on her today, but as of now I'm installing a garage door opener, and I've got hockey tonite, so I'll invariably be too drunk to do much else after that !

Now, my dilemma is wether to add some of that mattress type crap around that donkey-end, for RPG protection ? Is that what it's for ? Also, what to do with the rear of the turret.....just add a bust;e rack or make something more substantial......
