And Heres the one done for Viff Whiff - The original AW681 was deigned wih STOL but AW did propose various mods to enable it to become full VTOL as was the vogue at the time. It was envisaged that the aircraft would be based as a fwd area using STOL and then do short hops to the front line using VYOL to support Troops, Armour or even VTOL stike fighters in the field.

















(This version of the Aldershot was bassed upon the Transall fusaleage using a C135 and lots of plastic card, milliput and resin )

Great builds! very inspirational.  I've just recently got hold of an AW 681 Brochure on CD which will come in very handed when I make an attempt at one.  Not sure I can get it as good as these though.
