Italian Whiff on HS

I just saw this beauty whiff over at Hyperscale and all y'all must see it, Savoia S.21. It reminds me why I love aircraft from the 20's & 30's and whiffery.

That's the floatplane fighter from "Porco Rosso", right?  Beautiful!

Yes, it's Porco's plane, prior to the shootdown.

And, it looks to be the 1/48 kit rather than the 1/72 as listed.

Donald Curtiss R3C-0 is being released within weeks in the 1/48 version as well, as is the the S.21 with the Ghibli engine and little cockpit for Fio.

It's a very fun animation for those who've not seen it.
