QuoteMay I inquire as to how long the judging will continue? It seems to have flattened out a bit. I'm still pulling for Nev's French bird! B)

Looks like I'm splitting my vote!  Maybe Lee is too appalled by the thought of a TSR2 in US markings winning the GB  :P

QuoteI'm beyond caring.  I'll close the votes at the end of the month and then it'll be the last GB I run.
And why would you be "beyond caring"? If I read your statement as written, it looks like I've gone to a lot of trouble to be a part of a GB you are moderating and don't care about. If I would have known that you were beyond caring, wouldn't have bothered. Nev deserves to win anyways. :)

Somebody wins, but nobody loses.....I think all of us that made it or attempted to make the deadline, had fun in trying. We got some really cool models out of it anyway you look at it !

And no way Nev deserves to win...we all know mine would have if I had finished her on time !

Hey Capt'n,
For as long as the judging has been goin' on, you could have entered 2 by now and won! ;)

Nice job, all...making a brick look good takes a lot of work. Eddie, hate to say it, but yours is the topper, with the others running a very close second. Some really great workmanship on these birds!

From what I've read of some of the troublespots presented by this model, everyone who completed one is a winner in my books!

I know I haven't had the guts to tackle mine yet, so it's nice to enjoy vicariously through the rest of you.

Eddie, as always, your uncanny modelling skills are superseded only by your genuine civility.

I greatly appreciate the kind remarks about my build. No matter how the GB pans out, I must admit it is one of my favorite 1/72 birds. I only display 4 in that scale, so I think it stands up well with the others. :)

I also want to state for the record that the paint work Nev did on his French TSR.2 is one of the best color combos I've seen and I'm mesmorized by it! B)

I want to thank Everyone for your votes.  It was great to see so many different birds. If I'm declared the winner and if there was a prize involved, send it to Nev. I thought he had the winning jet and it will save on postage. Thanks for letting me be involved. :)

Unfortunately Eddie, this poll isn't being run in Florida ;)  You win by 4 clear votes.  Congrats, and thoroughly deserved
