Cool, and a possible purchase as it's not CAD/mastered by that psycho Fascist-Libertarian douche-bag Scott Lowther.
I've skipped a number of FP releases because of his involvement  :banghead:

I know exactly what you mean...

1/144 Vickers Type C Giant Bomber Project (1942) Announced

Might have to get one of those, it's as big as a B-36. I've been gathering bits & pieces to do it in 1/72 scale though ----

I bought some Revell/Frog Shackleton MR.3's to do a lookalikeee thing in 1/72nd.

1/72nd Quad Tilt Rotor, 1/144th V/STOL E2 Hawkeye (stalled)

This looks impressive as all get out.  It's the wrong scale for me but it's still damn impressive!

Those canon look a tad overscale though.

Where did you find the turret details?  That's been one of the things which intrigued me the most about this version - the side turrets are absolutely huge!  I always wanted to know the details of those things.

It's about 3X bigger than a Shack' Paul, but a 1/72 Shackleton might be about right for a 1/144 scale Vickers C. Doing some scaling on a drawing I got from Tony Buttler, a B-52 fuselage works as a base for the fuselage. And I've got some 1/32 scale B-24 wings which seem to be about right too.

It's supposed to be able to carry two Grand Slams -----

Yeah, I know it's a lot bigger all round. It was going to take a LOT of cutting and shutting similar to what I did to a couple of B-29's. http://www.whatifmodellers.com/index.php/topic,28343.msg434533.html#msg434533
It would have needed widening and heightening (is that a real word!?), the B-52 fuselage sounds a lot easier!

Alan got a bit miffed when I slated the box art, putting a post war RAF Bomber scheme with German Me-262's  :banghead:

Usual half arsed thinking, copied the cover art from BSP:3 and put it into WW2 setting without any real understanding

They even included a more suitable decal option for late WW2 which they should have used for the cover art !!!
Project Cancelled SIG Secretary, specialising in post war British RN warships, RN and RAF aircraft projects. Also USN and Russian warships

The Wooksta!

Only the roundels are post war, the RAF was contemplating that scheme for night bombers during the final months of the war.
