Alan got a bit miffed when I slated the box art, putting a post war RAF Bomber scheme with German Me-262's  :banghead:

Usual half arsed thinking, copied the cover art from BSP:3 and put it into WW2 setting without any real understanding

They even included a more suitable decal option for late WW2 which they should have used for the cover art !!!

It was also supposed to be very high altitude bomber, well out of reach of flak

If I got one then I think mine would be Tiger Force

Fantastic Plastic have just announced two new 'project cancelled' kits:

Vickers-Armstrong 559

Northrop Low-Altitude Penetrator

About time someone did the 559, it's just SO bizarre.

I just wish I could afford FP's prices.  :-\
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

Just a smidgen under 29cm in 1/72 scale and an EE Lightning is just over 23cm. Somehow I thought it would be larger than that. I'd like it but it will have to wait a while .... a long while!  :-\
Oh to be whiffing again :-(

You sent some master shapes up to me in late 2003 and I took them up to the Glasgow show after I got back from Ibiza in late September.

I have a few of Fantastic Plastic's kits, they're really nicely done. But I only go for the real projects (paper or built) but the sci-fi stuff doesn't really interest me.
