Hi whifers.

I'm in search of the colors used in the JASDF two tone blue for their fighters and I've been searching in the 'net but it is somewhat confusing.

Does any of you have the names and codes of the colors corresponding to this camo scheme?

In Venezuela I am able to find only humbrol, model master and vallejo paints.

Thanks beforehand.

I'm not sure there is only one set of colors.  What specific a/c type(s) are you interested in matching?  I've got quite a bit of JASDF color information in books I purchased in Japan a few years ago, so if you give me more to go on, I may possibly be able to help.

Cheers,

Hi, Jennings, what I am looking for is the two tone blue used on some JASDF F.2

I found following: FS15050 Blue Angel Blue and FS35042 Flat Sea Blue

I think this is italeri paints (model master)

Edit: found the humbrol paints! :) :
Light blue = Humbrol 89 (sky blue)
Dark blue = Humbrol 104 (dark blue/oxford blue)

Edit: Humbrol 15 might be correct for dark blue as well, but i think this colour is gloss

Rafael

Thanks, my young friend!!!

I'll try to find 'em.
