Here are the He 162 pics I wanted to post a few weeks ago, this time of year in my area getting the weather to co-operate with my photo shoots is not easy.

Oooooo, that last B&W shot: thing of beauty!

Can't think of any of my models that could stand up to such up close and enlarged photographic scrutiny---wow!
Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

Thanks Rafa and John!

John,
I included that last b/w high contrast pic as sort of an artsy-fartsy kind of thing, sometimes the shadows can be very powerful in a picture and I think it worked in this case. :)
The close-ups were easy to do with this model, everything fit as they should! You should try one of these Revell He 162s, you will be hooked!

More Volksjager pics...

My next model that will be posted will be project X.

Simply stunning, Matrixone! This has got to be one of the most amazing Volksjaeger builds I've seen in a while!  I especially love your "vontage" pics of it. Like I keep saying, it's only a metter of time before one of them gets slipped into an "In Action" reference book.

Is there any chance you might build one of these beauties in one of Gekko's cool Finnish schemes? I'm drooling just thinking about it!

Glenn Gilbertson

Fantastic work and photography!

dogsbody

I can't decide what's better, your fantastic builds or your stunning photography. You, sir, are a doubly gifted master.

Wonderful model and photos.
Which project X?

Will die without understanding this world.

Brian, Glenn, dogsbody, and ysi_maniac,

THANKS for the very kind comments!

Brian,
All the other He 162s in my stash will get German markings (I can't help it!) however the Finnish markings and camo is tempting!

ysi_maniac,
My project X will be a surprise to some here because it is not my usual subject matter. You will see soon enough! (insert evil laugh here) :P

Exactly my thoughts - stunner

Chris
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

matrixone

Thanks Cris!

As much as I would like to take credit for how the model looks the kit itself fit together so well it was an easy build and made the close-up pictures possible...not always the case with my models! I am a better painter than a builder.

The master does it again, nothing I can say that I've not said before, awesome stuff.

I invite all and any criticism, except about Eric The Dog, it's not his fault he's stupid
