Thanks to Zac's sweet hawk build, it inspired me to get off my lazy backside and  pull my 1/72 Italeri Hawk out and give it the Soviet treatment.

I even shot my pics Zac style (OK minus the giant hand) with a touch of photoshop to remove the dowel I had stuck up the tailpipe.

Wow Jeff that's one gorgeous Hawk!! I love your paintwork on it! With those menacing wingtip missiles, it sure looks ready to take on the running dog west!

Jeff, I'm touched! You should see the grin on my face, this bird is well and truly BRILLLLLLLLLLIAAAAAAAAAAAAANT!!!! :D  :D  :D  Beautifully executed dude! Me likey very, very VERY muchly.

I love the camo, and the stars just look so bizarrely *right* on the ole 100. Saved to hard drive! Great stuff J!

Thats a really great build you have there mate. I specially like the way you have the plane "in flight". I must try and work out how to use photoshop  :unsure: , but I fear its a little too much for me. I'm still having trouble working light switches  :blink:
