Basic idea, anything goes, but it has to be pulp.  From DC Comics' Blackhawks, to the Shadow, to Doc Savage, to Indiana Jones, even to Johnny Quest.

Almost as important as the ubiquitous one of a kind, or highly customized, vehicle;  The two-fisted, packed with adventure, back story.

Bill Barnes is a good source of inspiration...Bill Barnes Homepage

so any comic is a go?  graphic novels too?
"Computer games don't affect kids. I mean, if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music." Kristin Wilson, Nintendo Inc, 1989.

I'd think so, though I also see nothing wrong with doing a comic book GB.  :)

Make the new batmobile, the Arrow plane, Wonder Woman's invisible jet, etc.

I've already built Wonder Woman's invisible jet a few times....only problem is, no one can see it. ;)

Sharkit do a few 'off the shelf' kits of this kind of thing.  I don't know much about either series, but they look interesting.

Several kits from Renauds own 'Alterra' series:

The Golden Comet & Espadon (Swordfish) from Edgar P. Jacobs 'Les Secret de l' Espadon' from the 'Les Adventures des Blake et Mortimers' series:

Maybe a chance for Archie to finally build his Carreidas 160!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Wow..some of those Bill Barnes planes are do-able!

I'm still working on Wonder Woman's aiplane after she got married and retired...and no chance of it being done anytime soon! I keep losing parts!
