Bri, it was a shame to cut up that Dak, but it does give me an excuse to buy another! ;)   Plus, I'm sure I can find something to do with that fuse!

Just a question, does anyone think the rear of the engines are too proud of the trailing edge?  I purely went with the dimensions from a Me-262 drawing, but I've been toying with the idea of bringing them in a bit.  I'm not too worried, as long as they don't look too out of place.  I've got plans to reduce the leading edge slightly, to make the intakes more prominent.

Had a bit of a modelling lull since I got back off holiday, the dreaded D-word working it's dark spell again.  I've picked myself up & I'm kicking my backside into gear as I want to finnish for the deadline, but it'll be a minor miracle if I do!  I'm still toying with lengthening the nose, but the more work I make for myself, the less likely I'll be to make the deadline so I'll probably leave it.

I've hit a bit of a snag & it's to do with the undercarriage.  The wheels form the Ar 234 under carriage are just to big, so I've robbed some from a dead Airfix 1/48 Tonka.  There's still the trouble of the undercarriage doors though, I guess they'll have to open downwards as the engine pods get in the way.  I was just going to copy those from the Blitz until I realised this.  Anybody got any other ideas?

Thanks SoD!  I'm afraid not, that pic opn the first post is the only info I know of.  I've also lost the link that someone gave me to the pic, but there's little info on it anyway & a web search brought up nothing.  It's been posted a few times by others so someone else may know something.  I just thought it looked cool! B)
