Looks like one of those wobbegong carpet shark things that lurk in those waters.

Way cool Greg!  Funny Jason mentioned the shark because I was thinking I had seen Stingrays with similar markings. Either way looking forward to more progress. :)

Wow Greg I just love the camo! It's like an upgraded version of W.W. II Italian smoke-ring camo. Impressive!

it's so cool to see two different approaches (yours & JHM's) to F-86s being built at the same time. I can't wait for your next update!

You know, you all are right, it does look like a stingray or shark's camo...hmmm. Must be all those years of scientific goop coming back !

Here is the bird with the stuffing out (didn't even f up the cockpit this time, yeah) and the finish coats applied. Boy, does that get tedious.

Rafael

Wow, Greg!!
It has an organics look to it!!, quasi-scifi!!!
Excellent!!!

You know, this kit was a real pain in the a** to put together...it made a Matchbox kit look like a dream.  But, with the scratched up nuc and in air refueling probe, it will look o.k. in the diorama I have planned...but, I can hardly wait to get back to a prop plane!

John Howling Mouse

ahhhhh, that's the ticket.  Love that scheme, the stores, the....well, you know, everything!   Ms. H. just said "oh that's neat."

Holy cow that's gorgeous, Greg! It looks even better closer up! I really like that camo scheme and awesome load-out! Can we see some more pics? Please?

Very cool, Greg!  That paint scheme turned out really well!  I really like that!  Put's my Ceylonese G91 to shame!

Can we get a closer look at the national insignia?

This one has really done something to my brain.   I fell asleep on the couch, and started talking.

"I really wish they made a different coloured pencil for the intakes."

Shanlyn is still laughing at me about it, but she seems to like it too...thanks all for the feedback, and yep, I'll take better pics once it stops raining here.

Sigh. I can't believe I'm having modeling anxiety.

BlackOps

I can't believe you're getting worked up. The model is beautiful, if it was a pain in the backside you sure fooled us.

I talk in my sleep when I get stressed so I know how you feel. You might want to take another look through the colored pencils before bed tonight just in case

Hey, Greg, that's fantastic!!!
I really really like your camo scheme. Only, don't take it to my adoptive hometown. Fishermen there will be right after your model, clubs in hand, thinking it is a runaway fish!!! - That real and suggestive!!!

Cheers-
