Raaf What If's

Hi guys, i know that some of you out there are really good at this so I'll ask you here.

I was reading an old magazine (AFM March 95) and in it it stated the list of contenders for the RAAF's LIFT contest- eventually won by the Hawk Mk-127 (still the most advanced Hawk in the skies today).

Anyway I was wondering if some of you could post what the others would have looked like in RAAF colours, thse are...

Aermacchi MB-339FD
Aero L-59
Alenia AMX-T
Dassult Alphajet
MDC T-45 Goshawk
Avione IAR-99
Lockheed T-bird II
Mikoyan Mig-AT
NAMC/PAC K-8
Northrop T-38 and F-5
Promavia Jetsqualus
Vought I-63 Pampa[/li]

As you can see it's an impresive list and sadly some of these planes never went far, while others were dropped for political considerations. It would be nice to see what they would have looked like in both 76Sqdn and 79 Sqdn colours.

Oh and if anyone is feeling very creative- try posting what if pics of these planes in the commerative colours as the two hawks were painted below.

Well I plan to do a Aermacchi MB-339FD and Dassult Alphajet in plastic someday (don't hold your breath though).
